Planning and discovery carry no transportation coordination fee. When you elect AVL Unlocked concierge coordination, Hopper quotes and books at its rates and AVL Unlocked adds a transparent 5% administrative/booking fee to the final transportation total. For multi-day coordination, that remains one 5% fee on the final multi-day total.
Final quote, availability, and pickup plan are confirmed before booking; AVL Unlocked does not operate vehicles.

Multi-day concierge coordination uses one 5% administrative/booking fee on the final multi-day transportation total—never a separate fixed or day-based fee.
How do I request transportation?
Share your route, timing, guest count, and needs in the request form. We’ll use a quote-first process rather than a fixed-price checkout.
Can you coordinate group or event transportation?
Yes. Airport arrivals, dinners, wedding weekends, group outings, and venue-to-venue movement can all be included in a transportation request. Asheville Hopper can coordinate eligible trips up to 180 miles to and from Asheville, subject to the final quote and availability.
Is transportation guaranteed or reserved with my inquiry?
No. Service depends on route, timing, guest count, vehicle needs, and current Asheville Hopper availability. Rideshare availability can also be limited or variable, especially for event timing or outside central Asheville. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a vehicle or service.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
